VDC – Virtual Design and Construction

Enables interactive, phased handling of the construction process
based on one digital 4D model, combined with logistical planning
for the building site, as well as efficient temporal cost control.

In the near future: third-level BIM, during usage

BLM – Building Lifecycle Management

A holistic approach to sustainable management of the
building’s life-cycle. This contributes to a more durable life-cycle, from design to construction through to responsive maintenance
and facility management, towards adaptation, re-use and final disassembly of a building into separate parts which are recycled.

BLM provides synthesised, dynamical building information that remains up-to-date at any point of time in a building’s service life, combining 3D room information, coherent construction data and
periodical time planning (4D) with the long-term economic framework (TCO = Total Cost of Ownership).
